All of the jobs surveyed agreed that they were confident of technical innovations to help them overcome the challenges they faced in the transportation industry, especially as they seek the impact of climate change on their logistics operations.
Respondents have highlighted transportation software management as a top priority for supporting growth, efficiency and sustainability in procurement. This has a significant impact for e -commerce vendors seeking to direct their logistics performance for excellent customer service.
Mobile smart tracking was also emphasized because of its ability to improve transportation. 34 % of corporate transport said that this was their priority. Using these tools, e -commerce jobs can make the delivery more transparent and create customer satisfaction through managed expectations.
