There is a chance, they can find a retailers who wish to deliver it within 24 hours. However, rural residents do not expect the same.
For tens of millions of people living in areas where even access to food delivery may be scarce, expectations are two days ago by Amazon Standard (on a good day), while delivery appears to be a strange day. Understand the rural buyer

The majority (60 %) also said that they were completely or very satisfied, the last time they paid for faster delivery was justified.
