Juan Pablo Magaña, as a freight sales manager for Latin America, joined a new position to the Jacksonville Port Business Team.
Magaña is responsible for strengthening the business relationships between JAXport and Contentr Cargo customers in South America, Central America, Mexico and Caribbean.
Magaña has 20 years of international trade and logistics experience throughout Latin America, including with Maersk Line, Hamburg Süd and Hapag-Lloyd. He holds a master of science in the supply and management chain management of Florida International University.
He reports to JAXPORT CEO Eric Green.
