Tariffs cause job damage in Mexican border factories

The company announced Wednesday that Echo Global Logistics has been approved as a partner in the CTPAT Business Partnership Program (CTPAT).
The voluntary program, run by customs and protecting the US borders, requires participants to carry out security measures and ensure their business partners from similar protocols. In exchange, reputable companies receive advantages such as less freight inspections, educational opportunities and advanced information sharing with federal officials.

Mexico sets a record of $ 34 billion in foreign investment within two years
Officials said Mexico has attracted $ 34.26 billion in foreign direct investment over the past two years, with the highest level so far for a 24 -month period.
US companies led the road and contributed $ 14.7 billion in 146 projects and accounted for 42.9 % of the total investment.
