A new major shareholder has joined the Carrefour board
Carrefour’s Board of Directors is pleased to welcome the Saadeh family as Carrefour’s new main shareholder with a stake of approximately 4% of the company’s capital.
The board of directors has chosen Carrix, an entity owned by the Saadé family and CMA CGM, which owns Carrefour shares, represented by Rudolph Saadé, as an independent company.
