
Tecplata, International Container Container Services, Inc. (ICTSI) Buenos Aires Terminal, in collaboration with Patagonia Lines Lines (PSL), has launched a new service to USHUAIA and creates a vital logistics corridor to the southernmost city of Argentina.

“This new service has been established as part of the TECPLATA commitment to provide more efficient, sustainable and interconnected logistics solutions and enhances our view of becoming a main logistics hub for Argentina,” the Tecplata Board said.
“We are confident that we can provide agile and custom solutions to the needs of our customers through cooperation with PSL partners and early in the year with the World Transport Line, both the transport line and businessmen who serve in Argentina.”
ICTSI reported: “The Teclata -PSL service expands the role of Tecplata in the Argentine National Port System, providing a competitive platform for regional carriers and providing a stronger integration of Argentina’s southern economy in world trade.”
Earlier this summer, the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT), the ICTSI flagship terminal, deployed two fully electric terminal tractors – the first establishment of such equipment in the Philippine port.
