PAMT CORP. Formerly PAM transportation services, Monday announced that the senior financial officer of Lens Stewart would immediately become president and CEO. Stuart has also been appointed to the board of directors of the company.
Following the departure of the former CEO of Joe Whitirito in June for family reasons, the CEO was temporarily held by Pam Matthew Moron. Moron will continue in his role as boss.
Stewart has been with the company since 1989, with the exception of a three -year stretch, which has been serving as Vice President of Finance, CFO and Treasurer since April 2023.
Daniel Klein serves as the main financial and accounting manager immediately until a permanent CFO is named. Klein has been with the company since 2023 and has been working as a senior finance deputy in PAM Transport since June.
Pam also said it also makes a national search to find an operation leader.
