Reuters reports:
Shares in Australian industrial logistics group Qube Holdings hit an all-time high on Monday after it said it had received an A$11.6 billion ($7.5 billion) takeover offer from Macquarie Asset Management.
Shares in Qube, Australia’s largest import and export logistics provider, rose as much as 19.7 percent to a record A$4,890. Shares closed at A$4.86, outperforming the 1.3 percent rise in the country’s benchmark.
