DSV Denmark has officially attributed the current IT disruptions affecting its booking platforms and operations to a storage failure in one of its data centers.
The world’s leading forwarder – expected to release its next “operational disruptions” update tomorrow, November 21 at 9am CET – insists* there was no cyber-attack or malware and says technical teams are working to fix the problem. This explanation, which was provided in a statement earlier today, tries to put a definitive end to the speculation.
